Excellent Book - Wish it cost less though.

First, this is an excellent book. I got this for my daughter's birthday (11 years old, in 6th grade) and she can't put it down! It is somewhat written like a school text book, full of interesting facts, tidbit of information and so on. So much so that my wife, a 5th grade teacher, is interested in for her class (5th grade is Colonial History). And that brings me to the price. Truth be told, I got this book for $10 less due to a pricing error in the magazine. With book the size of this book, and being a paperback, should be priced closer to what I paid for it or even a bit less (compared to similar books you'd find online.). I realize some of the money may go to the foundation, but I also think if this was priced less more folks would purchase it. I also think it would indeed make for a wonderful classroom book, but again it would at least have to be offered in bulk prices to teachers and schools.
<br>Overall though I would recommend it for 5th-6th graders as the primary age group.
