“Love and scandal are the best sweeteners of tea.” A. Henry Fielding said it in 1746, and he’s still right. Curvy three-footed pewter teapot with rosewood handle, designed in the London shop of Samuel Ellis. Helps set the right mood and persuade invited guests to let down their guard. The grandest of gifts, especially when monogrammed has just been reproduced. 28 oz.

The original was made in the London Shop of Thomas King between 1689 and 1694.
When used, gentle washing in a thick lather of soft water and mild soap, followed by complete drying with a soft, non abrasive cloth.
