Who can resist this cuddly canine? Prince is more than a toy dog—he has a history all his own.

This black and white stuffed dog is a plush interpretation of a wooden terrier in Colonial Williamsburg's Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum. The original piece of folk art was created in memory of a beloved family pet.

Moderately priced and adorably styled, Prince the stuffed plush dog makes a meaningful gift for the child in your life (or a dog-lover of any age).

Prince is a plush interpretation of a wooden terrier in the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum. The original was carved by Irwin Weil of Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, in the 1930s in memory of a family pet. Weil's sons recall when their father placed the wooden Prince on the porch, traveling salesmen gave the Weil household a wide berth.
