We appreciate your business. All items must be returned to the address listed below, within 30 days of delivery or purchase. Once the item has been inspected a credit will be issued less the return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (unopened) to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- SALE Section Items
- Gift Cards
- Personalized Items (Engraved or Monogrammed)
- Special Order (Rugs, Fabric, Upholstery, and Customized Items)
