Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping Information
Prices do not include shipping. For shipping prices within the continental United States. Most in-stock items ship in 2-3 business days. Shipping prices will be provided at checkout. There are several shipping options to choose from. Your standard shipment will arrive via Fedex or USPS. Overnight and 2-day delivery is available for most items.


Standard Shipping
Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery, unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include shipping. Charges are calculated separately for each shipping address. Standard shipping will arrive via USPS or Fedex.


Expedited Shipping

For overnight packages, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by noon EST Monday through Friday, you’ll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after noon through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next day delivery service is not available for some oversized items, out of stock items, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the manufacture. Special Order items— such as furniture and mirrors, lighting fixtures, large rugs, and selected jewelry—are made-to-order and have extended delivery times. If you find it necessary to cancel your special order, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. For additional information please call toll free, Customer Service 1-800-446-9240, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. EST. Express Shipping: Next Day Or Second Day shipments will be delivered one to two business days after they leave our warehouse, depending on the service selected.


In-Store Pick-Up
If you will be visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or are a local guest, In-Store Pick-Up can be arranged by calling our customer service department at 1-800-446-9240. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup at WILLIAMSBURG Revolutions located at the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center. Please do not go to the store until you receive notification that your order is ready for pick up. We will hold your order in the store for 30 days. After 30 days, we will return your item to our distribution center or warehouse, as applicable. If you paid for your item by credit card, we will credit the amount of your purchase back to your credit card. If you paid for your purchase by cash or check, we will, at our option, provide you with a check or a store credit for the amount of your purchase.

Our shipping department is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. (Excluding all Federal Holidays.) Baked goods, fabric, and special order items have more details on shipping times available on the individual item. Gift Wrapped Orders
Gift wrapping service is available for many of our products at an additional $5.50/item. Adding gift wrapping to your order will delay processing of your order up to one additional business day, and up to 2-3 days during peak holidays shopping seasons.


Items Shipped directly from the manufacturer

Items shipped from our manufacturers may require additional shipping time. They are not eligible for expedited shipping, shipping discounts, or gift-wrapping. Additional freight charges may apply.


Special Orders

Need to coordinate with your home fabric, wallpaper or bedding pattern with something you already own? Swatches are available for online purchase for fabric or bedding samples. Bedding fabric samples are available for a fee of $1.00 and are yours to keep.


International Orders
At this time, our website is only able to service orders and shipments for the United States and its territories.
