The simple design of this Merlot Kingston rug is inspired by 18th-century woven floor coverings in the Colonial Williamsburg archives. Rag rugs provided warm and decorative floor coverings for early settlers. Handmade using strips of wool, cotton or linen, these functional works of art were typically woven in simple striped or checked patterns. Available in two sizes.
