Bought this a couple weeks ago. Very disappointed. It appears the ring was resized and a very bad job was done doing it. It's like somebody else had bought it, had it resized, returned it and it was put back into inventory without being checked. I sent the form to Colonial Williamsburg complaining about this and still haven't heard back. I have never been disappointed with my purchases over the years, but I am now and will not buy from them until they resolve this issue to my satisfaction. ***Response from Customer Service: Hi Barbara, We are very sorry you were unhappy with the ring you purchased. Please check your email for a no-charge return shipping label. We will issue you a refund once we receive the ring back. Thank you.***
