Holiday Deadlines

The following holiday information and temporary changes to our shipping and returns policy cover the period November 18 - January 31, 2019. Information on this page is a supplement to our Shipping & Returns policy. 

Holiday Deadlines

November

  • Friday, November 22 – Last day to call and place engraving orders for Ground shipping delivery before Christmas – call before our customer service line closes at 4 pm EST!  

  • Monday, November 25 – Friday, December 27 – carrier holiday shipping delays – expect longer delivery times for most orders after they leave our warehouse.

  • Wednesday, November 27 - Last day for ground shipments to Hawaii and Alaska to receive gifts before Christmas. 

  • Thursday, November 28 – Customer service and warehouse closed for Thanksgiving. Select stores are open.

December 

  • Monday, December 9 – Last day for Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. (Some orders placed after this date may arrive in time for Christmas, but we suggest you choose Second Day to avoid disappointment.)

  • Monday, December 16 – Last day for Second Day shipping to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

  • Wednesday, December 18 – Last day for Next Day Air shipping to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

  • Tuesday, December 24 – Customer service and warehouse close at 12 pm EST. All stores are open.

  • Wednesday, December 25 – Customer service and warehouse closed for Christmas. Select stores are open.

January

  • Tuesday, December 31 – Customer service and warehouse close at 12 pm EST. All stores are open.

  • Wednesday, January 1 – Customer service and warehouse closed for New Years. Select stores are open.

  • Friday, January 31 – Holiday returns deadline (see Extended Returns below.)

Extended Returns

Orders placed from November 18 - December 31, 2019 can be returned to us before January 31, 2020. We must receive your returned items at our warehouse prior to this date. Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift Cards

  • Ginger Cakes

  • All Personalized Items (such as engraving, monogramming, etc.) 

  • Special Orders (such as furniture or bulk orders made or ordered for you)

  • All Food & Drink category products

  • Clearance items - identified by prices ending in $.49

  • Any opened/used/worn merchandise
