Unlike many cosmetic lip balms, ours uses real beeswax taken from a honeycomb, providing a moisture barrier for the skin. The almond oil acts to soften and recondition your lips. Inspiration
The recipe for our lip balm is similar to those used by colonists to protect their skin from the elements. Antique books in Colonial Williamsburg's collections describe endless uses for beeswax, which among others was a major element in colonial cosmetics.
