Ingredients
Our all natural soaps do not include animal products are made with a vegetable soap base with added shea butter, cocoa butter, olive oil, grapeseed oil and fragrance.
Inspiration
Mint was one of the many herbs found in early recipes for sweet bags and potpourri as well as roses- sweet marjoram- lavender- rosemary- pinks- myrtle- angelica root and orris root (the dried rhizome of the Florentine iris). Eighteenth-century housewives occasionally made their own soap by boiling lime-ash and fat products over an outdoor fire. Those who could afford it preferred the finer imported soaps available from local merchants.

I love this liquid soap so much that I give it for gifts. My daughter who is allergic to lots of perfumey soaps, loves this. I love to get the lotion to match, but either I am too late to get it or there wasn't any...not sure. But I will say the last time I went to Colonial Williamsburg I found it at only one shop and I bought several of them at that time.

Peppermint Soap
I love all the CW scents so this is no different. I've used the lavender for years now. This peppermint has a very nice Winter and holiday feel to it. Perfect for the season.
