Fine furniture was esteemed in the 18th century, and this modern interpretation celebrates some of the period' s finest craftsmanship. Currently on display in the Museums of Colonial Williamsburg, the original armchair was built between 1790 and 1815 and is attributed to Monticello Joinery.
