Light and airy, this Blue Exotic Flowers reproduction cotton fabric features a natural white background with an all-over blue floral exotic florals pattern reproduced from a design found in The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation's textile collections. Artisans of the 18th century often combined classical and natural elements, rendering the curving scroll shape in the form of gracefully flowing flowers, leaves, and vines. This fabric is a great choice for historical sewing projects including 18th century clothing, quilting, and home accents.

Please note: Fabric is sold by the yard and is not returnable. Multiple yards will be cut in one continuous piece. A maximum of 25 yards per cut applies to this product.
Product Care
Wash by hand or on the gentle cycle in cool water. Line dry or tumble dry on air or low heat. Iron on the reverse side of the print on low. Do not use bleach.

Our fabrics are digitally printed with fiber-reactive dyes - not pigments - to ensure better color fastness over time. We have worked closely with the company that previously made our traditionally printed fabrics to ensure our digital prints are as good as the originals.

As a textilophile, I am always looking for unique and interesting fabrics even though I may not have a specific project in mind. This one certainly hits all the boxes. It doesn’t come in an amount that I’d be able to make an item of clothing, but a smaller accessory or as part of a larger project.

High-quality material. Soft and supple but you will need to finish the edges. I have received many compliments on how beautiful the colonial dress is that I made from this. Worth the cost.
