Inspiration
The Governor's Palace in Williamsburg, Virginia, was the official residence of the royal governors of the Colony of Virginia. It was also a home for two of Virginia's post-colonial governors, Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson, until the capital was moved to Richmond in 1780, and with it the governor’s residence.

Beautiful
I received this as a Christmas gift and I love it! Perfect colors and a beautiful shine coupled with its three dimensional feature gives it that extra sense of realism. A great addition to my "Colonial" Christmas tree.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed in such a costly ornament; expected 3-D design, but fairly flat, very thing and bendable metal; postage pricey considering it arrived in flat envelope, no padding to protect. Colonial Williamsburg, you can do much better!
