Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter with sugar blend packet until well blended.
- Add egg and mix on medium-high for 2 minutes until mixture is creamy.
- Add cookie mix and blend just until combined.
- Pour cinnamon sugar packet into medium bowl and set aside.
- Divide dough into 24 balls and toss in cinnamon/sugar mixture to coat. Place 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before placing on wire rack to cool completely.
