Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine package contents in mixing bowl with heavy whipping cream until stiff dough is formed.
- Place dough on floured surface and press out, using your hands, to a 10-inch circle, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut into 8 even wedges and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12-14 minutes.
- Optional: Sprinkle granulated sugar on top before baking.
Do not eat or taste dough or raw batter.

Blueberry Scone Mix
If you like your scones a bit on the dry side, this is the mix for you. The package includes dried blueberrries but I recommend adding more fruit. I sprinkled castor sugar on top and am glad I did for a bit of sweetness. I used a scone pan first but had to pop them out and bake more on a pizza pan to crisp up the bottom and edges. I suggest a bit of glaze on top if you like a sweeter scone.
