Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine package marked 23 with 2/3 cup milk, egg and oil until blended.
- Sprinkle packets marked EB and BH evenly over the batter and fold mixture into the batter 7 to 8 times.
- Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- Mix packet marked TOP with butter and sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons mixture over each muffin.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
- Mix packet marked PS1 with 4 teaspoons milk and drizzle over top of cooled muffins.
Do not eat or taste dough or raw batter.
