Holiday Information
The following holiday information and temporary changes to our shipping and returns policy covers the period November 1, 2023 - January 31, 2024. Information on this page is a supplement to our Shipping & Returns policy.
The holiday shipping deadline has passed for Hanukkah delivery and APO/FPO Christmas and Kwanzaa delivery.
December
- Monday, December 11 – Last day to place orders for Christmas and Kwanzaa delivery. (This applies to ground and free shipping options.)
- Monday, December 25 – Customer service and warehouse closed for Christmas. Our stores are open.
January
- Monday, January 1 – Customer service and warehouse closed for New Years Day. Our stores are open.
- Monday, January 15 - Our offices and warehouse will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Our stores are open.
Extended Returns
Purchases made from November 1 - December 31, 2023, can be returned to us within 60 days from the purchase date. Items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift Cards
- All Food & Drink category products
- All Personalized Items (such as engraving, monogramming, etc.)
- Special Orders (such as furniture or bulk orders made or ordered for you)
- Clearance items - identified by prices ending in $.49
- Cut fabric-by-the-yard
- Any opened/used/worn merchandise
