Holiday Information
The following holiday information and temporary changes to our shipping and returns policy apply from November 17, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Information on this page is a supplement to our Shipping & Returns policy.
December
- Sunday, December 14 – Last day to place orders for Free and Ground Shipping delivery before Christmas and Kwanzaa. Last day to place orders for ALL shipping methods for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. For Hanukkah delivery, please order by Sunday, December 7, for all shipping methods.
Please note: Our shipping carrier is UPS, which does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address to avoid delays. - Wednesday, December 17 - Last day to place 2nd Day orders for delivery before Christmas and Kwanzaa.
- Thursday, December 18 - Last day to place Next Day Air orders for delivery before Christmas and Kwanzaa.
Please Note: Next Day Air orders placed before 7:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed on the same business day. Next Day Air and all 2nd Day orders placed after 7:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or holidays, regardless of the shipping method chosen. - Wednesday and Thursday, December 24-25 – Customer service and warehouse closed for Christmas. Our stores are open.
Extended Returns
Online purchases made between November 17 and December 31, 2025, can be returned to us through January 31, 2026. Items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift Cards
- All Food & Drink category products
- All Personalized Items (such as engraving, monogramming, etc.)
- Special Orders (such as furniture or bulk orders made or ordered for you)
- Clearance items - identified by prices ending in $.49
- Cut fabric-by-the-yard
- Any opened/used/worn merchandise
