Holiday Information
The following holiday information and temporary changes to our shipping and returns policy covers the period November 1, 2022 - January 31, 2023. Information on this page is a supplement to our Shipping & Returns policy.
November
- November 11 – Customer service and warehouse closed for Veteran's Day. Our stores are open.
- November 14 – Last day to place orders for Thanksgiving delivery. (This applies to ground and free shipping options.)
- November 14 – Last day to contact us about your engraving order for holiday delivery.
- November 24 – Customer service and warehouse closed for Thanksgiving. Select stores are open - see below for hours.
For our military families: If you are shipping holiday orders to APO/FPO addresses, we recommend you place orders for Thanksgiving by November 2, and Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa no later than November 14 due to delays with USPS.
For all our customers: We highly recommend ordering early for the holidays to avoid disappointment.
December
- December 11 – Last day to place orders for Hanukkah, Christmas, and Kwanzaa delivery. (This applies to ground and free shipping options.)
- December 25 – Select stores are open on Christmas Day - see list below.
- December 26 - Customer service and warehouse closed for Christmas Day observed.
January
- January 1 – Select stores are open on New Year's Day- see the list below.
- January 2 – Customer service and warehouse closed for New Year's Day observed.
- January 16 – Our offices and warehouse will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Stores are open normal hours.

- Stores open regular hours. Offices and warehouse closed.
Extended Returns
Purchases made from November 1 - December 31, 2022, can be returned to us within 60 days from the purchase date. Items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift Cards
- All Food & Drink category products
- All Personalized Items (such as engraving, monogramming, etc.)
- Special Orders (such as furniture or bulk orders made or ordered for you)
- Clearance items - identified by prices ending in $.49
- Cut fabric-by-the-yard
- Any opened/used/worn merchandise
