Violet powder
I am not sure but I think I have been buying this for over 35 years, because it’s a light, fresh floral scent that is never cloying or over bearing. The talc is cooling and soothing.

Powder of Violets
When I was 18 I decided that violet scent would be my personal choice. I would buy violet scented oils and powders and was for the most part happy. Then one day 50 years later I stumbled upon "The Powder of Violets from Williamsburg Marketplace and I fell in love! This is a true violet floral scent that is so hard to find. It's like falling into a soft velvet bed of violet flowers. This special powder, so soft, then became my signature scent. That was 15 years ago and will continue to be my choice in Violets forevermore.

Violet Powder
I purchased a box of this Violet Powder many years ago when we took our children to Williamsburg, and it was so lovely I looked for it from time to time over the years when I ran out, but never could find any information on it at all. I even checked out the Williamsburg site years ago to find it, but was unsuccessful. Recently I tried again and found this website, Williamsburg Shops, and there it was! So I ordered it and the body cream also. I'm so happy to have it again! The order arrived very quickly. Now if I can just find a duplicate of the wonderful silver filagree bracelet I also bought in Williamsburg that was stolen...

Violet Power
The power is made of the same organic ingredients since worn by Martha Washington. Its scent is not overbearing, just a lite delicate scent of violets. I love it, and put it on after each bath or shower, and it keeps me fresh all day!

Love this! I am so glad I discovered violet powder here. The violet scent is really hard to find these days. This product has a light and not overpowering scent like some other products I've tried. Please please don't ever stop carrying this - it's the BEST!

VIOLET POWDER
I have used this for years, it is the best smelling powder I have ever used, I always get compliments on scent when I wear it. It is not made using talc, it's cornstarch, and a clay. Very nice in how it provides layers of scent. Hope they will continue to make it. And so glad we are able to source it through Williamsburg gifts.
