The design is inspired by an 18th century wallpaper fragment in our collections. An off white linen/cotton fabric hardback drum shade with a soft rolled edge and a square clear Lucite base and aged brass findings throughout add a "trend meets tradition" look to this gorgeous lamp. Inspiration
An 18th century wallpaper fragment found inside a cupboard in North Carolina and later acquired by The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation inspired the Ghost Blossom design by Port 68. Little is known about the original fragment, but the timeless design still appeals to us more than 200 years later.
