Inspiration
Poesy jewelry - sometimes spelled posy, posey, or posie - is a piece of jewelry inscribed with a sentiment, typically a romantic one, that was popular during the 15th - 17th centuries as gold rings. The styles and materials have evolved, but giving a loved one a piece of engraved jewelry with a personal message of love is timeless.

You and No Other Ring
22 years ago I bought this ring for my husband as we had been looking for a wedding band for him that we liked. We saw this and he immediately loved it. It never was anything but wonderful. About a month ago he lost it while washing his hands at an airport. He was devastated. I immediately looked to see if the ring was still available. It was. He was so very happy that I was able to reorder and once again wear the ring he loved so much. Thank you for keeping the ring in circulation. So often things go out of fashion or we change them just for the sake of change. The sentiment of this ring will never go out of style. Ever.

Vous et Nul Autre band
My late husband and I were engaged in Colonial Williamsburg and spent our honeymoon there. While my wedding rings were the scroll band and amethyst solitaire, he wore the Vous et Nul Autre (You and No Other) band. The solitaire wasn't practical in the barn around the horses, so I opted for a matching band. Over the years, various physical changes to my hands caused me to have to cut off my wedding band. This is a replacement for one which simply slipped off somewhere on the ranch. This ring combines memories of my husband and our times spent in Colonial Williamsburg. It is very special and I am so grateful to have it...
