Inspiration
Inspired by an original antique wall bracket made about 1760 in England, this classic mahogany finished bracket probably held a candlestick, ornamental ceramic, or small shelf clock- just as it would today. The graceful support is in the style of a late Baroque cabriole leg, a popular eighteenth-century furniture style replicating a gentle S-curve but providing sturdy balance.

I have been looking for this piece for years! Every time I find one on an antiques site, it's gone before I can get it. CW's reproduction is exactly what I was looking for and goes perfectly with the Chippendale mirror they offer (and that I bought) as well.
