Product Description
Mark the 250th anniversary of America’s founding with the Liberty Bell Santa, a poignant tribute to one of our nation’s most enduring icons. Standing beside a richly gilded Liberty Bell—complete with red, white, and blue bunting—this hand-painted chalkware Santa evokes the powerful symbolism of the original bell housed at Independence Hall in Philadelphia. Cloaked in a deep forest green coat and crowned with a distinctive pointed hood, this piece speaks to quiet reverence and historical pride. Like all Vaillancourt creations, it is entirely American-made, honoring not just a milestone year, but the craftsmanship and values that define our legacy.

Inspiration
Each piece of chalkware begins in an antique chocolate mold from the Vaillancourt collection. The piece is then re-sculpted with new details and motifs, filled with a plaster-like substance, and dried. The resulting "chalkware" is then hand-painted, bringing to life the mold maker's intricate artistry. Vaillancourt's chalkware figurines are inspired by the collections of The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation's Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum.
