Product Description
The WILLIAMSBURG Maryfrances Blue Delft Floral Napkin reimagines a timeless Delft-inspired floral motif with a fresh, modern sensibility. Soft blue florals drift gracefully across the white ground, creating a refined balance of heritage charm and updated style. The intricate pattern pays homage to classic traditional design, while the airy palette keeps the look light, versatile, and effortlessly elegant. The double-layered napkin features a coordinating, repeating floral sprig fabric on the reverse side that complements the main design and offers more styling options. Each napkin is sold separately. Inspiration
Maryfrances Carter is a ceramic artist and painter from Hickory, North Carolina. She has been drawn to art and a creative practice her whole life and seeks to weave the spark of creativity into everything she does. Maryfrances is inspired by the beautiful and inspiring world. From a fallen leaf to a budding flower, the world around her and life, seen through her children’s eyes, are constant inspirations. She creates one-of-a-kind art that is both beautiful and functional.
A study visit to Colonial Williamsburg's ceramic archives led to a collaboration with the WILLIAMSBURG Brand to create bespoke reproduction ceramics inspired by an 1805 Delft ceramic lantern in our collections. The collaboration provided even more inspiration for the Maryfrances Home Collection, which includes bedding, tabletop, and kitchen textiles that will beautify your home with a fresh new take on traditional designs that have stood the test of time.
