Trails and Leaves Fabric
The Trails and Leaves Colonial Reproduction Fabric is perfectly lovely. I used many yards of it for my new canopy bed draping, swags and jabots, and am delighted with the outcome! I have used this fabric previously, so when it was time to purchase a canopy, four posted bed, I knew exactly what fabric I wanted to live with for many years to come.

Stunningly beautiful reproduction fabric! I purchased multiple yards for a canopy bed, curtains and accessories. I've made small quilts from this same fabric and the print, colors and weight of the fabric is lovely. I wouldn't have anything else for my four poster canopy curtains!

A dream to work with…
I hand-sew 18thC clothing—and I always love working with these Waverley reproduction prints! The fabric is a nice weight… soft drape… resists wrinkles… stands up to laundering. I also like to buy my fabrics here, when possible – not only to support Colonial Williamsburg - but I’ve seen the same fabrics sold elsewhere, at a higher price. Just be aware: I didn’t realize, myself, until I received my order, that this print appears to run in one direction. So that might affect your yardage requirements…. Lovely fabric!
